PVC Film Filler

The filler is the material that supports heat transfer by evaporation. The filler consists of PVC slabs that are hot-formed and joined together in modules and occupy the entire plan area of the tower. After the water is sprayed on the upper surface of the filling, it provide the heat to the air that is moving in the opposite direction at that moment. While it flows down in the form of a thin film layer on the filling. This heat exchange occurs largely thanks to the evaporation.

The height and elevation of the fill are arranged to provide optimum air distribution and heat transfer. The plastic material that makes up the PVC film is suitable for working at temperatures between -5°C and +50°C without deformation or permanent damage. The filling is supported by the construction elements from the lower surface. This system is the result of long and extensive researchs in our company.
